These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Avenlas, an iOS app for fine artists created and published by Kristina Nelson ("we," "us"). By downloading or using Avenlas, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The App
Avenlas is a tool for fine artists to manage their practice — organizing collections and artworks, tracking submissions and exhibits, recording sales, building an artist profile, and exporting PDF portfolios and print-ready files. The app is provided for your personal and professional use.
2. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create or import into Avenlas, including your artwork images, collections, records, and profile information. We claim no ownership of and no rights to your content. We do not access, use, or share it. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to use any images you import.
3. Free and Paid Features
Avenlas offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription called Studio Pro.
The free tier includes unlimited artworks and collections and a limited number of submissions, exhibits, PDF exports, and print exports.
Studio Pro is a subscription that unlocks unlimited submissions, unlimited exhibits, unlimited PDF portfolios, unlimited print exports, and sales tracking. Studio Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription at the prices shown in the app.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by region and may change; any change will be presented to you before it takes effect. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Avenlas lawfully and not to misuse the app — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or share unlawful content.
5. Exports
Avenlas lets you generate PDF portfolios and print-ready files from your content. You are responsible for how you use and distribute those exported files.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features of Avenlas over time. We aim to keep the app working well but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Avenlas is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content, including your artwork images. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kristina Nelson will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When they change, the effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
