Avenlas is an iOS app for fine artists, created and published by Kristina Nelson. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how. It is written to be plain and honest. If anything here is unclear, please get in touch using the contact details at the end.
Avenlas does not collect your personal data, does not track you, and contains no analytics or advertising. The content you create in the app — your artworks, collections, submissions, exhibits, profile, and sales records — is stored on your device. Kristina Nelson does not have access to that content and never sees it.
Information Avenlas handles
Content you create. When you use Avenlas, you create content: images of your artwork, collection names, titles, mediums, dimensions, submission and exhibit records, your artist profile (bio, statement, CV, contact details), and sales information. This content is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard data frameworks.
Photos and files you import. When you add an image to Avenlas from your photo library or from the Files app, the app reads that image so it can be stored as part of your artwork. Avenlas only accesses the specific photos or files you choose. It does not scan or access your photo library or files beyond what you select.
No analytics or tracking. Avenlas contains no analytics software, no advertising, no third-party tracking SDKs, and no crash-reporting services that identify you. The app does not build a profile of you, does not track your activity across other apps or websites, and does not sell or share data with anyone, because it does not collect such data in the first place.
Information Avenlas does not collect
Avenlas does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, device identifiers for tracking, or browsing activity. The contact details you may enter into your artist profile (such as an email address or website) are content you create for your own use inside the app — they are stored the same way as your other content and are not transmitted to Kristina Nelson.
Purchases and subscriptions
Avenlas offers an optional paid subscription, Studio Pro. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Avenlas does not collect or store your payment information. Payment details, billing, and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's terms and Privacy Policy. Avenlas receives only the information Apple provides to confirm whether a valid subscription is active.
Children
Avenlas is a professional tool for fine artists and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Data security and retention
Because your content is stored on your device, its security is provided by Apple's device protections. You control your data: you can edit or delete your collections, artworks, submissions, exhibits, and profile within the app at any time, and you can delete the app to remove its data from your device.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When it changes, the effective date at the top of this document will be updated. Significant changes will be reflected in an app update.
